Halfway through the 1st Quarter, and things aren't looking good for the Pats -- Rams just drove down the field, though we did hold them to a field goal.

3-0, Rams.

Hopefully Brady can put together a drive here. Could we see Bledsoe off the bench if Brady's ankle is limiting him?

He's made some good open field tackles thus far.

Ugh, stopping Faulk on that 3rd down would have been huge.

Edit: Hamilton! Nice play, Bobby. This guy's going to be Patriot for a long time if he keeps this up.

It's amazing how pedestrian that offense was. They scored 39 offensive points in three games in the '02 playoffs - pick-6, blocked FG TD, punt return TD. Nuts.

Belichick said on WEEI this week they only scored 3 offensive TDs during that stretch, and how they realized they needed to score in other ways.

Totally forgot all about that pick by Otis that would have iced it even before the non-fumble recovery had he not run straight into his own guy.

I still have never seen that halftime show. I watched the first half of the game at a friend's house with my wife and then real young kids, and we drove home during halftime. I didn't want to miss a minute of the game so we left immediately after the half and sped home just in time for the 2nd half kick off.

I still have never seen that halftime show.

Holy smokes, really? You should google it. It's worth ten minutes of your time.

I was there. Not only by a mile the best SB halftime show ever but one of the live music highlights of my life. What didn't come across on TV is that the scrolling names also went up the sides of the Superdome and all the way up to the roof, so that as a spectator you were enveloped in 360 degrees of names in white light. Spine-tingling effect.
