We're not posting in this thread to talk about the past, we're here to be positive and post about the present.

Starting at game time. Until then, let's discuss the fact that Luongo is so scarred from last year that he can't play in the city of Boston. That's one hell of a franchise goalie. Let's discuss how the rest of the team cares for the Sedins so much that nobody stood up to 5'9 giant Brad Marchand. Let's talk about the neck sunburns we've been giving goalies in 2012. Let's talk about the butt rapings we've been handing out.

And then tomorrow, let's chant "where is Luongo". Let's talk about a beatdown.

Let's talk about my raging hockey boner. :fap: :fap: :fap:

I hope 30 seconds into the game the fans are chanting "WE WANT TEN."

Game is on at 7 pm here, so I'll have to watch it archived. This will be fucking difficult.

Run Schneider, abuse Luongo, break the Sedins, and shatter Bieksa's face.

I loved Vigneault saying that finally, after 5 years, Schneider deserves a chance to play in front of friends and family. Clearly, he forgot that Cory got plenty of time last year in games 4 and 6 of the Finals.

Big day of hockey tomorrow. B's/Canucks at 1, then off to Fenway to take in a college game there. A stop at a bar in between for a few beers and the first NFL playoff game will be the intermission. Pretty, pretty, pretty pumped.

Last 2 home games: 8-0 and 9-0. Let's continue that trend.

Saw BU/BC there 2 years ago. It was an experience like no other. Saddlebag in some coffee/hot cocoa if you can.

I'm crazy excited to go next Friday. Fully prepared to freeze my ass off for sure but hell, watching my favorite sport in the best venue? Hell yeah.

As for tomorrow, I'm pulling my old school move and staying up so late tonight that I have no choice but to sleep until game time.

I'm going to this game, then figuring out how to move out of my dorm room before 6 pm, when the move-out cut-off is. I'm thinking about chugging 100 cups of coffee and hoping I reach a Philip J. Fry-esque nirvana hyperspeed state.

All Hockey Day, yay! Bruins-Nucks at one, then heading into Fenway with my kid for UVM-UMass. (Don't think we'll have the fortitude to last through the second game, but at least it's kinda warm here today.) It kind of feels as though we are having the entree followed by the appetizer, but there you a have it.

Anyone know if being on NHL Network counts it as a "national game", meaning it won't be on NHL Gamecenter? Still getting used to this thing.

edit: fuuuuuuuuuucccckkk

d. The game is being televised nationally – In the U.S. this includes NBC, Versus, and the NHL Network. In Canada this includes CBC, TSN, and the NHL Network.

Maybe it's just me, but has anyone noticed how much the bruins offense has changed from last year? Watching game 7 right now has reminded me of a maddening number of dump and chase plays last season, whereas now they seem to work it up the length of the ice on most possessions.

My first daughter, while only 8 hours old, is a rabid B's fan who went to a half dozen playoff games last season. She told me that, for her birthday, she wants to watch these clowns crawl back to Vancouver with their tails between their legs ... again.

Make it so boys.

You assume he'd be found guilty. If it's a Boston jury I'm not sure he would be.

So I just watched the dafoomie video for Game 7, and was reminded that Jannik Hansen may want to be sure he's not on the ice at the same time as Adam McQuaid. Another 9-0 thrashing would be too good and merciful for this crew of used douches.
