Bourdains last episode of the Layover was in Amsterdam. If you can find a copy, it might help. He also recommended a place called Paradox. He was also reeeeeeeeeally high.

The Devils collapse way in towards the goal with their in zone defense. They didn't have a single guy higher than circles while the B's were pressuring in the zone. Points and high slot are wide open.
