If you want to make a weekend out of it the Mavs are at home tonight.
Do I have to do everything for you?

Plus the fact that we should be moving back to Mass in March and I can see the B's then makes it all ok.
But thanks for the advice papa bear.

Stupid job.
Back to MA? Certainly makes it easier to miss this one when it won't be the only chance to see the boys for another year. Let us know when, we've been pondering seeing about putting together an away game viewing night at The Fours or someplace. There's a Sat night game in LA on 3/24 that looks promising.

And a night at the Fours with you and the lady sounds incredible.

Why is it that the Bruins don't like the Stars? Is this some new rivalry?

Called in sick this morning. Hungover is a kind of sick, right?
Chillaxing now, can't wait for this game tomorrow. A Suh-esque throat-stomping would be nice.

I'll be at a wedding during this game. Yes, a wedding on NYE. I know.
There better be a TV there.
Not to one-up you--okay, completely one-upping you--I once had to attend a morning wedding on New Year's Day, having spent a large portion of the previous evening poisoning my liver at Johnny D's Uptown Lounge. I seriously thought I might vomit during the ceremony.
And the crowning indignity? The reception was dry.
Oh Yes. You may have considered such rumors as mere urban myths, but such a horror really does stalk this earth.

You win.
Jesus that's terrible.

A dry wedding on NYD is an abomination unto God. I assume you are no longer friends with these people?
They were immediately struck from the Social Register. I have standards to uphold.

That was my first reaction -- unless of course it's someone that you were going to hang out(get faded) with anyway.New Year's Eve/Day weddings are about as selfish as it gets, ugh that's brutal.

Feel alright? Thinking about making your move tonight? Can you pretend that you're only my friend when I'm holding your body tight?(get faded)

I probably would have spent NYE with this guy (he's a friend and drummer for a band I play with), but all the same. It's a wedding and thus a more private party (so I don't see some other friends I might have seen), there's family and the whole dressing up thing. That was my first reaction -- unless of course it's someone that you were going to hang out(get faded) with anyway.
Uhhh...Feel alright? Thinking about making your move tonight? Can you pretend that you're only my friend when I'm holding your body tight?

I am currently all-nighting it until the 6 hour, 3-change train journey that we have starting in less than 6 hours. I have an unlimited supply of cheap Magner's, said Smirnoff, Normand Léveillé's ghost-written biography, pay-to-play WiFi, a credit card, and an utter lack of dignity.
That's right, ladies and gentlemen - tonight, I am kenneycb.

They showed the 2008 game first, and it was pretty great to see some of those old guys playing again (Savard and Axelsson mostly).NESN is running the 2010 Dallas game now. The 2011 game will follow at 8:00. Good times.
It was also really, really weird to see a bunch of empty seats at a Bruins game. Oh, how things have changed.

They basically just link to this article, where James Murphy writes that Boston could target a defenseman at the deadline. On its NHL page, ESPN has an Insider article entitled "Boston looking to add a Defenseman" or something similar. Anyone know the substance of that article?
