There's no reason they can't win this tournament now. They've beaten every team left.
Exactly! Great win. I took a late lunch and was glued to the TV for the 2nd half. Great composure after Temple had regained the lead with 9 minutes left. Morgan's missed dunk damn near killed me. Can't wait for tomorrow.

I was just thinking the exact same thing, even if they just win two of those, they're most likely in, or at least a victory away from being in with how soft the bubble is. Oh well, just win 2 more and you're in....no reason they can't beat St Joe's or St Bonnie's tomorrow. Would much rather play those 2 than the 4 teams on the other side of the bracket.Imagine if UMass hadn't lost those 3 close ones to URI in OT, the 1 point loss to LaSalle and the Temple game in OT. They would 25-7 and a look to be in the NCAA tournament.

If my aunt had balls she'd be my uncle
The loss at URI was the killer. Losing to LaSalle and Temple aren't bad losses.

Never said LaSalle and Temple were bad but they were winnable games and wins would have looked good against them in the big picture. The URI and the College of Charleston losses are huge killers though.

I know, just lightening the mood. C o C was at the beginning of the season so the 3 losses you mention were tough. Let's make it a moot point and win this thing. I'm rooting for Bonaventure this afternoon as I don't like the match up with St. Joe's.

They got some good young players.
Morgan, Williams and Esho.
I think the next couple of years will be fun.
Just make a little run in the NIT to get a little more experience and come back next year strong.
This year has been a huge step in the right direction.
