He's underated defensively. He makes dumb decisions, particularly when pinching in the offensive end, but he's as solid a defenseman as they have in their own end.

Solid period, stay out of the penalty box and they should be fine.

He was really two steps ahead of every King out there. Fake the rush, peel off and hang back, fake the shot, perfect pass. Artistry.

The pass of the righteous center is beset on all sides by evil defenseman. And you will know his name as the Seguin when he rains his goal down upon thee.

I gotta admit, that Balls - Kelly - Peverley line has been playing better than I could have ever expected. That play right there, while resulting in a post and not a goal, is one that not many 3rd lines in the NHL could have made, starting with the turnover in their own end, including the speed of Kelly, the shiftiness of Peverley, and then the quick release of Pouliot.

I think Claude will be rewarded for his patience with Balls, if this line continues as it is has been going.

That's a good point by Brickley, only 2 of the top 5 most tenured coaches have won a Cup (Claude and Babcock) and obviously last year it was 1.

The NHL Gamecenter app works on the iPhone, and it's honestly pretty incredible, but you have to buy the full year subscription which sucks.

I'm not so sure about this but; I was in Michigan for the Thanksgiving Holiday and the locals in Jackson, Michigan think quite highly of him as he is a local kid. Of course, I had to be in a bar during the OT loss to the Wings.

Tonight is a lot better!

Go B's!

You're not crazy but I'd definitely go back to Thimas tomorrow night. He's rested, he'll be hungry to prove himself, and it's pretty much already been announced that he's playing. They're pre-announced Tuukka starting a second game and stuck by it, even after a stellar Thimas game, so no reason not to do it in the converse situation.

Tuukka does look great though.
