I started writing this in the Liverpool Football Club forum, thought about putting it on the main board but finally decided that it might not be a bad idea to have a thread in the media section that deals with non-USA representations and reports of the Red Sox / LFC / FSG etc. If anyone disagrees, shove it (to where you see fit).

The piece linked below was written by a columnist at The Guardian, David Conn. He was recently granted 3 days exclusive access to Henry & Werner in Boston at a time when, to use an English term, the wheels were coming off the season. This is the first of three articles covering his visit and deals amongst other things with criticism that FSG have had to deal with in recent weeks about ownership's priorities (Red Sox / LFC).

Please bear in mind that that this has been written for the UK market and may appear basic in some of it's representations and facts regarding the Red Sox. I just think it might be of interest to some as to how things are perceived from 3,000 miles away.
