Andre Carter could have drawn 6 holdings today. If they call the the holding on Wilfork for the safety we win by 20 on the road. The only downside to this game for me is Mayo's health.

Exactly. Some of you guys are crazy. That last drive by Oakland was the epitome of ugly garbage time stat padding...Arrington's ball awareness sucked, but it was a meaningless fuck you play. And yes, the tackling was lazy...some of them had checked out at the two-minute warning...taking a cue from the Red Sox pitching staff, maybe...

No they don't look all that great on defense, but on a day when the offense was struggling some, they held the Raiders to 3 points in the second half when it mattered, when the game was still in doubt. Without their best LB, without much depth in the secondary, or the D-line...I'd say that was pretty damn satisfying, overall. It's something to build on, at least. Compare it to what happened in the Jets game, for example...
