I didn't know one could conserve leg strength. Apparently that's possible.

or maybe its not based on his next tweet:

Mike Reiss

Patriots kicker Shayne Graham has a tougher time to the open end of the stadium. Long of 40. Short from 45. Hits crossbar from 50. 4 minutes ago via Echofon

I'm randomly ADD-like clicking on shit around the internet. I can't recall one site I've been to in the past 30 minutes. I kind of wish this game would be over

My biggest concern is that the officials decide to call ticky tack holding and PI all day.

Let them fucking play!

Same.

CBS producers had better not shy away from airing today's various chants.

I foresee some choruses of "ASSHOLE" directed at Tony Cromartie.

Between my anxiety and the utter bore this SEA-CHI game has been, I'm pretty sure I blacked out for 10 minutes or so at one point.

Just over 30 minutes to go. I've drawn a hot bath and am going to take a 20 minute whirlpool with two ice cold beers. If that doesn't relax me, nothing will. Here's hoping the Pats shove their collective foot so far up Sexy Rexy's ass that he's licking the shit from our toes.

I'll start with a 4pack of Terrapin Wake-n-bake coffee imperial stout. Then move onto some Sweetwater Festive Ale, then drink a 5th of Glenmorangie nectar d'or possibly. After that the nerves should be calmer and I should be ready to start drinking.

I really hope there are no Jets fans at the bar I'm going to here in Minneapolis. My Vikings-fan friends are pretty anti-all-things-NY, so they shade to my side. But I just can't deal with some asshole from Westchester or Mineola in a Tomlinson jersey talking about spygate or some shit.

I am strangely calm and confident right now. There's no reason why the Patriots shouldn't stomp the Jet's guts out in about 22 minutes.

Haven't seen it mentioned anywhere...whose zebra crew?

I actually don't like that Smith is out. The Jets don't seem to have much success with the wild cat against the Pats and running it seems to take Sanchez out of whatever rhythm he has. Not the biggest thing but I'd rather see the Jets run that a few times than not.

Sanchez being in short sleeves = more false, silly bravado.

Casserly had different video on the CBS pregame.

Ryan Wendell does stick his leg out on this, clearly. It's pretty easy to argue it was designed to trip the gunner.

The 'wall' still doesn't look very purposeful, and definitely isn't as organized as the Jets or as close to the field. It's also guys that are going to go on the field together.

We'll see if anything comes from the Wendell move; that (to me) is something you probably deserve a fine for.

The closer we get to kick-off the more nervous I get.

I haven't felt like this since, well, every game in the second half of 2007. That nervous was "oh shit I hope they don't lose end end their era." This is more "oh shit, I hope they win and start a new era."

Dare I say it? I think I like this team more than any in recent memory.
