I think Solider Field is the only stadium left that Brady has never played in before. The '02 game was at Memorial Stadium because the Bears were renovating Soldier.

Stick with Martz: Brady has been in the same offensive system under Bill Belichick his entire 10-year career. Cutler has had three different offensive coordinators the past three seasons.

The same Bill Belichick who decided to stop call his offensive coordinator that so he wouldn't have to find a new one every season? It also does an incredible job of dancing around the fact that Cutler can't read defenses or do reads all that well(maybe this year, I don't think i've seen any of their games, but the results seem better).

Jinxes only exist because by the time you start talking about something it probably means good fortune has played a significant role in the performance and it's only a matter of time before everything evens out. I heard on the DA show that the Pats are planning on leaving tomorrow at 3PM. Given the weather they are expecting at the expected arrival time I'm hoping that they don't die. Chicago is scary enough to land in when the weather is relatively good. Every time I go, it seems the planes land at a much faster speed than anywhere else to keep the cross winds from affecting the landing angle of the plane. I hate flying to Chicago.

I think bad weather helps the Pats. It neutralizes their biggest weakness: passing D. The Pats can stop the run just fine, for the most part.

On offense, I expect lots of short passing, which will be just fine with so many targets at TE and Welker.

I expect a total of 3 missed FGs from both teams, low score, 17-10, Pats.

It's been interesting to hear about how the shitty conditions and new turf will hurt the Pats passing attack. Sure, it will be harder for receivers to make quick cuts...but it will also be harder for that front four to get a good push on the Pats O-Line.

I will be stunned if the Pats score less than 20.

EDIT - Additionally, I am kind of amazed at this phenomenon of marking the Patriots down for winning so convincingly Monday. I've read at least 3-4 places that the Patriots have a lesser chance of winning this game because they played so well last week. That's fucking astonishingly illogical.
