Today is my last full day in Camp Atterbury, Indiana before a week vacation with my fiancee. Then it's off too Afghanistanimationland. I wouldn't mind the last baseball game of the year I'm privileged enough to watch being a win that could deny the Yankees the division.

I love how Yanks' fans are all about how they actually don't want to win the Division, so they can avoid Cliff Lee and Co. in the ALDS, now that there is a good chance they won't win it. Interesting considering the way the season started with Ortiz hitting like a corpse that he's one of the 2 regular starters present in the final game lineup. The other irony is Drew being there. With all the injuries taking most of the other starters he isn't one of the injured.
