My dyslexia. It was Bartlett, not Rocco. I just saw the Ba and the result and made an incorrect leap.

Why does it seem like it's always the other team's pitcher that gets more of their balls called strikes? Is that just because that's the only time I notice it? Of course, he also got more of his strikes called balls.

Matusz really got dicked at the bottom of the zone. The other thing is that DiceK didn't put anything close enough to get a break on the top end--he missed by a mile.

I haven't looked it up, but it seems as if Bard's been failing more frequently in hi-lev situations over the last month.

Now, someone will look it up and tell me I'm full of it.

At least we're not playing for anything anymore. Then his decline would really suck.

It drives me fucking nuts that a pitching coach can just walk on the field in the middle of an AB when there isn't an injury issues. How is that fair to the hitter? Talking about slowing the game down.

That's one of my biggest pet peeves with baseball. I hate it even more when a douchebag manager (Joe Girardi) comes out instead of the PC.

Probably should have given him that DL time off a lot sooner. Like about a thousand other things this team hasn't bothered to do until it was too late all year.

If the Yankees win tonight, we still have a shot at catching the Rays, right?
