What happened to you Bill? Did someone put a pox on you? Was it Lugo?

If it's the pox then it's more likely it was Heidi.

Hall's very obvious goal of getting his OBP under .300 is almost complete. Very impressive surge at the end to make it happen.

Sounds about right. At least our staff will lead the league in something this year.

And next with the three #4 starters for $45 million.

Like Ted Williams not sitting out that double-header and ending at .406, Hall refuses to let down his fans...

Our offense is on the DL and will be back next spring. The same cannot be said with any certainty about the back end of our rotation.

Well, once we started counting Ass Starts, Dice K all of a sudden becomes a better pitcher. Maybe he doesn't want to be the team leader is AS's.

I hate this fact, too.

And I hate that Josh Beckett is now one of the "back end" guys. Sigh.

With Lackey and Beckett on the staff, he's probably safe.

Edit: And if things look precarious, he can always hide out on the DL.

Beckett/Lackey/Dicek

I could see all three of them having sub 4 ERA's in 2011. I could also see all three of them having ERA's over 5 in 2011.

Lets just say he should not be surprised by that result.

Matt Diaz just tripped a dude who ran onto the field in Philly. The guy ran on, turned directions in center to head back toward left, and Diaz stuck his foot out and tripped him. Werth and McCann had a nice laugh at home plate watching it.

3/5ths of the rotation has perfected this.
