Losing 2 of 3 to Tampa was the last straw for Theo. The next couple days are going to be like that montage at the end of Goodfellas where all the dead bodies show up as Layla plays in the background. MDC is headed to Colorado, Lowell to Texas, Oki will show up hanging in a freezer.<br>

Eric Clapton never sounded so good as in that freezer truck.

Here I am, rage intact, anxiety somewhat ameliorated by the departure of Del Gascan.

Show me something, guys.

Lowell's .647 OPS against lefties isn't all that much better than Ortiz's .607.

That's what happens when you leave 2-seamers over the plate against good hitters.

So Scutaro has a rotator cuff problem -- and Tito keeps trotting him out there every. single. day.

Probably a smart decision by Scutaro. But he always makes that play in MLB 2K10.

God damn. Beckett needs to get that fastball down in the zone. If you're going to miss, might as well be up and away, but seriously.

I know he's hurt, but when's the last time Scutaro went more than one step to his right to field a ground ball and threw the runner out at first?

He finally paints with a low, outside corner fastball and no call. This is how it's going to be for the rest of the season.

No need to draw out the pain. If we can go down in flames against the Orioles this series I can go ahead and close the book on 2010.

Neither is Josh. It appears this board may have cornered the market for rage.

You know I'd half convinced myself that the Yankees crappy rotation might give us a shot at catching them...but if they keep winning despite their sh-tty starters this is really gonna be academic. :(

What is the rationale in running Josh out there every fifth day?

He's got to be a bit banged up, right?

If so, I would just assume shut him down. He's pitched a lot over the last few years as the Sox have had extended stays in the post season. Let Wake get some turns.
