I'm sure that 4 will end up going 6-14 with 2 extra base hits and 4 runs scored...
And let me just add to the Lowell thing. Barmes actually ROLLED OVER and threw from his knees and got Mike by 3 steps. He ROLLED AWAY from 1st base.
DL him, DFA him...I don't care. But the guy does not belong on a major league team if he can't beat that play out. Peace, Mike.

To be completely honest, I'm okay with that. He's had back issues curtail his production the last two years. Giving him some time to rest is absolutely worth it if it keeps him fresh for the latter part of the season.

I don't feel good about this game. Change that.

Sure, that's what they want you to think. In reality, he's being traded to Washington for Guzman

Dice-K likes hitting in Colorado.

The ray of light is that the last time Mike Cameron faced Hammel (9/30/09 @ COL), he took him for a HR to deep CF.

Do it for Phil Moscowitz, lovable rouge.

AAAA outfielders, fight like you want to stay.
Just do it and do it hard and early.

Hammel has to pitch well.
Their bullpen needs to be better than ours.
They need to get lucky.

The only shirt she has of an active player is Pedey -- and it's two sizes too small for her
she wears it well

I can't wait until the last out is recorded. By far one of the worst broadcast teams I've had to listen to this year.

My wisdom has been at half-vast most of the week -- fortunately, I only reveal such shortcomings hereabouts

One of my favorites was last night when they declared that Nava was playing shallow in left against Hawpe because he was more comfortable playing shallow because of the Green Monster.

Hammel still won't make it through the lineup twice tonight.
#41
Posted 24 June 2010 - 07:55 PM
Oh yea, I caught that too. One of them thought that 2-2 (check swing) to Ortiz was in the zone. Fucking horrible.

It's not a squander. Runner wasn't in scoring position until there already were two outs.
