They should not have shown that clip of him bleeding all over the ice. That was fucking disturbing.
Agreed.

Both I think.
I wonder how on earth they are going to be able to build the half-pipe there.

Pretty sure it's rain - i think they've been dealing with it all day.

Exactly, watch the scores when they come up and it says the Japanese & Russian judges are judging air. Poor American lady

Agreed, OilCan. That, and the video of the Georgian luge crash-- WITH sound. Shame on NBC-- don't they know that there are kids watching this stuff? I guess there is a reason they are the fourth place network.

I've been skiing for 24 of my 27 years on earth and can handle pretty much any terrain. And I have no idea how the hell these chicks or flying through these fields so fast.

I took a bump class out in Colorado one year. The lift took us right over a mogul field where some guy was flying down like these women (sans jumps). I said I wished I could ski bumps like that. My instructor said cheerfully, "Skiers like that are born, not made."

Don't they have a strong Curling team? They can do that until mid-July up there.

The men's team is loaded, and the favorite (with Russia and Sweden next) but are under an enormous amount of pressure, particularly in light of their performance at Torino.
