If I were you I'd plan on being at that event because the Patriots will most likely get the Saturday night game. Especially if it is against Pittsburgh.

I'm sure their will be some leaks after the 1pm games.

And you think NBC would have Brett Favre vs the Cowboys the early game on Saturday? And form what I read FOX has the early game on Sunday. Last year CBS had the early game and if you look back it rotates each year.
And for the divisional round on Sunday the late game will be an NFC game.

Awesome...so there is no way I get screwed at 1...cool.
I'd still prefer Saturday but at least the worst possible time slot for my purposes is out...

FWIW, Joe Buck and Troy Aikman said on the O.T. that they were doing the Philly-Dallas game again next week.

Not formally. The NFL decides.

If they have the pick they would pick the Phil/Dallas game but Arizona can't play at 1 on Sunday so I think the Pats will be playing the 8 PM game on Sunday.
Not to look past next week but if the Jets win tonight and the Pats win next weekend they'll be playing San Diego the following Saturday night too as CBS has the Saturday night game and the early game on Sunday so San Diego will get the Saturday night game and Indy will get the early game on Sunday

I was talking about for the fans attending the game.
FTR, I don't buy all that west coast stuff. It is the playoffs - put up or shut up time.
The Jets and Bengals got screwed here. They have a short week. I thought for sure they'd get the Sunday game.

Yeah, BSJ started the thread, his wife has them committed to something at 1 on Sunday.

Pretty sure the Bengals only need to time to warm their bodies. No way have they exerted a whole lot of effort tonight.

Of course the last time I missed a Pats playoff game was when Ty Law intercepted Manning 37 times in one game.
Well, they're wrong. It's on NBC isn't it?

What seems like many moons ago...
I attended the Saturday Night Play-Off Game in Foxboro when the Pats were hosting the Titans.
I think I am still thawing out.
Just a brutal experience.

Me too. I think I was ok for the first half, being excited and half in the bag kept me warm for that amount of time. But, then halftime came and I cooled off real quick. The walk back to the car was brutal.
