No, this won't end well.

I am. I lived near Philly for a while and I like the team. I like how they play - they remind me a lot of the 03/04 Red Sox (more the 03, considering the bullpen situation).

Lidge trying to Pap this game.

I hope not. Lidge is an awesome dude who I'd root for on 29 teams. Paps I'd only root for on the Sox.

I'd like to see at least one game five.

Still wouldn't have scored more than 1 run in the first two games so I doubt it makes a difference.

Can't find the clip of when he jumped over a Dodgers pitcher in Spring Training on YouTube, but this is cool as hell too.
Manuel looks like a genius for putting Ben Francisco in! Ibanez is nowhere close to that ball.

Ive been rooting for the Rockies all the way. I work in a Restaurant outside of Philly and when the Phils are playing postseason games, no one comes to eat thus I don't make money. So I pull for an early exit so I can make rent.

J.C. Romero or Scott Eyre could have been useful there, also. It's been a tough season for the Phils pen.

As much as I hate the Yankees, I like being able to take my girlfriend out more. Money Love > Yankee Hate. Slightly.

Since yesterday I've been hoping against hope that Pedro gets a WS start against the Yankees and dominates.

I agree. This is huge for the Dodgers. They either get the Phillies without Lee or Hamels in the first two games or their division rival whom they beat 14 out of 18.

Screw off. This is not the thread for that and I doubt many want to hear it right now. I'm sure there's a nice bitch thread in the main forum. Get your ass there if you want to spew that crap.

Which is why I'm not in any rush to get rid of Papelbon this winter.

And I wouldn't be totally shocked if the Dodgers beat the Yankees.

Oh and on a less pissy note, I always thought that Fowler was some little speedster. Shit, his frame looks just like Cameron Maybin's.
Baseball blows, now.

I love watching a feisty team make a come back (other than the Yankees) and frankly the Rockies deserve a little respect-- except for those nauseating white hanky fans.
