Any way to get the TBS feed online instead of the MLB.com "hot corner" crap? It's annoying not getting to see the plays happen.

Nice start there, Scott. Very nice.

By the way, "There's only one October" beats out "This is Beyond Baseball" every day of the week. I'm not a Cooke fan, for your information.

Who the FUCK is that guy with the whole "bat" promo?

George Lopez - get used to seeing him, he's this year's Frank Caliendo.

Big Game Rick.

Would the world explode if Rick Porcello and James Shields pitched against each other?

I don't like the new commercial TBS just showed with the woman who is always trying to get the family to use the unused phone minutes.

They've definitely toned her down and made her much nicer and more reasonable. I kind of had the hots for her in a MILF sort of way when they made her cuntish.

And to think, Rick Porcello was pitching in Hi-A last year. Now he's being asked to save Detroit's entire season.

Given the awful weather outside, what would have happened if this game was being played in Target Field (and the MNF game still applied)?

From what I've read there was simply no way they'd be able to afford it.

Nice hustle by Mauer to make that a double...

Porcello looks pretty good too. I half expected him to melt in the first inning.

I'm using the Postseason.TV package with the center field camera on the big screen with the mid home plate on the PIP. Seems to cover most of the plays.

Why do they keep making such a HUGE deal about the home-field advantage the Metrodome gives? There are 10 other teams in the majors which have an equal or greater home winning % this year.
