There are five or six months out of the year in which there are no Red Sox games to see. So as long as they are playing and I'm home (or not busy at work), I'm a-watchin'. I'm not sure that warrants a "Super Fan" designation, though.

(Now, if I was an Orioles fan, and my team was 40+ games out, I might skip the final games. Maybe.)

Or an opposing pitcher getting nailed with a line drive in the exact same way that Lester got hit a week ago. GOD, that was weird.

I was there last night, and that was scary. From RF, I thought that it hit him in the shin and I immediately thought of Halladay when Carrasco couldn't put any weight on the leg coming off the field. I then proceeded to horrify my poor girlfriend with a very detailed account of the Bryce Florie incident, and I don't think that she wants to go to games anymore.

Now I am bummed because it will be 6 months before I get to watch the Sox at Fenway again.
