Other than that, whatever.

I like Dice. So I'll watch. And winning is still more fun than losing, even winning that doesn't matter.

Nope. Broke it pinch hitting against the Yankees.

(Now, if I was an Orioles fan, and my team was 40+ games out, I might skip the final games. Maybe.)

Also, who knows what might be in that "meaningless game"? A triple play? No-hitter? Lind hitting 4 home runs? Lowell getting the cycle? Two fake umps behind the plate?

Or an opposing pitcher getting nailed with a line drive in the exact same way that Lester got hit a week ago. GOD, that was weird.
btw, Carrasco has a contusion in the quad area, so hopefully he'll be able to make his next... oh, never mind.

I was there last night, and that was scary. From RF, I thought that it hit him in the shin and I immediately thought of Halladay when Carrasco couldn't put any weight on the leg coming off the field. I then proceeded to horrify my poor girlfriend with a very detailed account of the Bryce Florie incident, and I don't think that she wants to go to games anymore.
Now I am bummed because it will be 6 months before I get to watch the Sox at Fenway again.

Shouldn't have too much trouble getting tix to any of the remaining 3 games!

Me too, but that says more about the rest of that game. Brown was about the most awkward pitcher imaginable.
BABIP accepts your gesture of abasement and welcomes you back into the fold. Now go get him a sacrifice.

He wouldn't drive in any runs anyway, that little bitch.

His shoulder must be sore from carrying all that wasted money!

I'd like to see Papelbon and Shaq collaborate on a law enforcement cross-border chase. There's definitely sitcom material there. Can Shaq do a riverdance?

Oh, I don't forsee him having any problems in that department...
#33

They can have a running series of jokes where Shaq trashes Mississippi State for being inferior to LSU at every sport.
