Really nice to see Lester and Paps both look filthy. Jon seemed a little off in the first two inninds, as if not completely sure of his leg, but once it held up, he turned into the vicious beast we've seen almost all year.

FWIW, Lackey only went 2 innings and threw 40 pitches giving up 2 runs (1hr).

You see, he's smarter than he's given credit for. He's saving himself at times during the regular season so he can perform in the postseason like this:

Lackey not happy
He was jawing at Davis and Kinsler after he gave up the homer.
He is in full a-hole mode for the playoffs ( and has looked like crap the last few starts)

I can't believe Lackey still hasn't won a postseason game since Game 7 of the '02 World Series. That feels like it was a lifetime ago. God he sucks.
