Then Lester starts the eighth, Bard should warm if Lester get into trouble, and Wagner closes it.
Of course I'm not Tito.

I think you mean Bard should be warmed in case Lester gets into trouble. Otherwise, I agree with you.

Tito being Tito I'm guessing Wagner gets the 9th.

Maddon arguing with the HP ump. Ellsbury was hit in the foot and it took them awhile to decide on what had happened.

That was probably a little payback for stealing a base with an 8 run lead last night.

It depends on the situation. If the replacement is coming in to face the top of the lineup, I want Bard out there.

Thanks, I was trying to imagine Ellsbury charging the mound. He'd make it there before anyone knew what happened, and then he'd probably bounce off the pitcher and fall backwards.

Well, yeah. My grammar sucked a bit in that sentence, but that's what I meant.
So what are the chances Tito plays it that way? I have wondered a bit why Tito seems to pitch Wagner before Bard since he got him. I assume some of that is Tito getting used to Wagner's 'new pitcher smell', but that should have worn off by now.

No, not at all. I think it's probably the way to go. But you could argue that Bard might be a good choice...but I don't see Tito bypassing a veteral closer when there's a save opportunity and Papelbon isn't available.

Maybe the fact that both runners took off? Of course, even if it wasn't Tito's call for Drew to go, Drew had to make the decision to run... so someone made a call there. Semantics? Probably... but it might be what SF57 meant.
