Bump!

I have been there about 10-12 times. The park has great sightlines and the claim of "no bad seats" is not too far from the truth. I really enjoy the seats in the third base area. Reasonably close to the game and nice views of the park and skyline. Also had fun in the nosebleeds, but I was shitfaced so I may not recall clearly.

A checked-swing bunt down the third-base line. Papi thumbs his nose at the shift.

Random question: Where should I tell someone to get seats for a Camden Yards game?

Do you mean where should they sit in the park? Or where is the best place online to purchase tickets?

Joba the Fatt off to a great start again tonight. We're far enough ahead of the Rays at this point that I feel comfortable in hoping they score 100 off him.

Interesting stat. 20-2 when papi hits a HR. What does that mean:

A) He's that important to the offense

OR

B) When he can hit a HR it usually means everyone else can hit the pitcher as well.

Other hitters and the Sox' record when they homer:\:

Jason Bay: 25-6
Youkilis: 14-6
Lowell: 14-2
Drew: 13-5
Ellsbury: 5-1
Pedroia: 7-4

Jacoby Ellsbury's arm seems to be improving: he's had a few decent throws to the cutoff man lately.

He nailed the weird angle on the rebound too. Kid's coming along.

At least Smoltz threw the occasional swinging strike in the midst of running his WHIP north of 3.0.
