This auction is for an original 24" x 30" painting of Dwight Evans, acrylic on canvas. The piece comes framed, courtesy of a joint donation by SoSHer BC1994, aka Rich Alcock of The Cambridge Framery and Photo Works.

Painting by Kevin McNeil (The Allented Mr Ripley).



Retail value: $750 (the painting is $600, the frame $150)

Minimum bid: $100.

Thanks for your generous donation, holden, I'm humbled the piece was able to raise so much for a good cause. I hope you enjoy it.

I don't know where you live, but if it's within a few hours' driving distance of Eastern Massachusetts, I can hand-deliver the piece to spare the aggravation/worry of shipping it. If you live further away than that, we'll have to bite the bullet, although so far I've had no major problems with mailing my art (knock on wood). Feel free to PM me to discuss this further.

Being that you currently have the high bid for the Gehrig drawing, we can obviously wait until that auction is closed before proceeding with any arrangements.
