Not a whole lot on this guy, Google search shoots back a bunch of stuff about Manny and Mariano.

He sounds pretty dominant, via SoxProspects:

Dominican lefty with a low 90s fastball. Worked as a bullpen ace/closer in 2007, converted to a starter in 2008. Strikes out more than a batter an inning.

Recently played in the Dominican Summer League for the Sox, converted as a starter. He started 13 games, went 4-3 with a 2.24 ERA. Had 58 Ks and a KK/B ratio of 3.05.

He's projected to be the #1 starter for the 2009 Lowell Spinner's pitching staff.
