I would love to see a rematch of the Valabik/Chara fight but, based on how lopsided it was last time, I don't see Boris rushing back into that.
Also, the Lucic/Boulton bout was one of the few in his career that Lucic took the loss. Retribution?
Last time these teams played, Hedberg became Hedcase and lost his cool. Lot of rubber should be thrown his way early today.

I reposted/responded to T4P's post about doubting the Bruins twice for a reason. I just don't know how you can have those doubts. This team pretty much only does one thing, and that's win. Ok, if the other team has ALOV and we fall behind, then I understand. Otherwise, I think this team has shown they can come from behind, and they can play ahead.
Manny in net after two straight for Timmy?
EDIT: Good phrasing with "bears out." I like that.

Definitely Manny tonight. And my comments last night were only inspired by gut instinct from before the game, a premonition if you will. Obviously logic would dictate the B's are favored in almost every game so far. Hell, they're only 2 points behind San Jose right now.First off, remember it's a 5 o'clock game. With all the hullabaloo surrounding the Pats game, don't forget about the B's.

I also went 2-6 in calling the UFC fights, so that shows how accurate I was.
Just started now myself, but I'll be the same way. Today's a marathon, not a sprint.I've been drinking since 12:30, and I'll be drinking all the way through till the end of this game. It could get sloppy for me, hopefully not for the B's.
Keep doing what we do. Win.

I go from uncertainty to complete confidence. I don't doubt the team though. That's just me.Definitely Manny tonight. Yeah, I don't think most of the fighters I was root for won (undercard was probably better), but the fight that mattered most to me (Rampage v. Wanderlei) had favorable results.
So Kessel didn't have a point last night either huh? He is ice cold right now.

The only thing that scares me about Atlanta is the fact they have a power play that's operating at better than 21% efficiency. Stay out of the box and everything should take care of itself. Conversely, Atlanta is terrible shorthanded.

Atlanta's PK is much-improved in the past few games (thanks Joey Crabb!)
I very much doubt Hedberg plays tonight, especially after the multiple 3rd period softies given up to Eric Staal on Friday. Expect to see Lehtonen.
As to the ATL PP - Kovalchuk only has 2 PP goals this season. Teams cheat on him to take away the one timer and leave Hainsey open for shots from the point. ATL does a good job of parking White and Little in front of the net to pick up the pieces.
Bryan Little is smokin hot, with 5 goals in his last two games. The kid has great speed and great hands.
Bogosian may play today - which means either Oystrick or Valabik doesn't dress.

Aaron Ward will most likely return to the lineup tonight against the Thrashers, the team against which he aggravated his ankle sprain earlier this month.
While Claude Julien said he'll make his decision after warmups, it's a good bet that Ward will go and Matt Lashoff will sit.
We'll wait until warmups to see who will start in goal.

Appears Ward will return tonight. Let's see if he makes it more than 5 minutes this time.

Except for the fact that on the day the Pats get eliminated from the postseason with an 11-5 record, there was a 2 goal swing in 10 seconds.
