Can we have a ruling on Osama bin Laden's eligibility? Over the years, there have been numerous report of his death, yet never confirmed. While it is nowhere proof that he is alive, he remains on the FBI's 10 Most Wanted List. If it is confirmed/announced in 2009 that he died years ago, does it count? I think it should, but I will certainly stand by your ruling.
