NYY: Rasner (5-9) BAL: Cabrera (8-8)

Cabrera is 3-0 in 3 starts with a 3.15 ERA against the MFY's this year.

He makes it 4-0 today.

Razzle Dazzle wows no one with his assortment of junk.

This marks the beginning of the end for the Yankees 2008 season.

I hope to be starting game threads for at least a week.

Cabrera blows.

How the fuck do you lose to Pavano and Rasner? What a disgrace.

Nice job so far by Rasner....

This is exactly the rotation a team wants when they're fighting for their playoff lives - Ponson, Pavano, and Rasner as 3, 4, and 5.

Wow - thru 2 innings, Rasner has thrown 59 pitches and Cabrera 56.

yeah. i seem to recal a couple of infuriating games where he was pretty much iuntouchable. where have you been?
even his last loss, he only gave up the one run, or was it two. didnt he pitch 8?

Escapes again....

He's gonna pitch 3-4 innings. This after Pavano went 5.

Gonna have to piece this one together with Roberston, Edwar, Marte, and Rivera it seems

They look like they're about to go on one of those runs where they win 14 of 16.

The good news is that whenever these Yankees seem to go on one of those runs they always stumble right after and lose 5 of 6 to teams like Seattle and Cleveland.

i wish i could find the link, but somebody on ESPN said that sarfate had the potential to win 10 games out of the bullpen for the O's

Yankees need to score at least 2 - no way they hold the O's to 0 runs over the next 4 innings....

Edwar should pitch only in blowouts....

Edit: Jays have some good pitchers in their pen: Downs, League, and Ryan all look good. They're a bat and some health away from really contending.

Double Edit: of course I jinxed Leauge....

Marte pitches to Huff, and maybe to Millar if he gets Huff, and then to Scott.

After those 3 batters - Rivera.
