I know we have to get the 1st team so time to gel, but by the time week 1 rolls around we wont gave much in terms of receivers. Welker possible rib injury, Jackson has shown nothing and Moss will be triple teamed. Not much of a passing attack the way it looks and that is supposing the line can even protect a sore-footed Brady

I seriously don't know what is up with the running game. The past two seasons, it seems like someone is in our backfield 75% of the time before Maroney and Co. even get to the LoS. Is the scheme that predictable or does this line just suck at run blocking (even when fully healthy)?

It sucks at run blocking when we run 10 times a game. When we established the run at the end of last year it was fine and Maroney was nasty.

Then those 10 runs are so piss-poorly disguised that the coaches should hide in shame. I mean, if you are in passing sets 85% of the time, and then trot out some painfully obvious run formation, you should be fired.

And Matt Cassel shows his worth once more. Maybe McDaniels should call another reverse.
