I thought they wanted it to rain -- it clears the smoggy air and washes away some of the pollution. Some of the live shots from earlier this evening looked terrible -- all grey and misty/foggy. The poor athletes, especially in the endurance sports. The cycling is tomorrow, 150 miles in crap air. Oy.
