The Mike Lowell foundation had some kind of "Dancing with the Stars" event last night.

If those aren't photoshopped, I'd appreciate a link.

They're not photoshopped. Pulled them off the Yahoo news photo feed.

Here's the MLB.com story.

Here's one for the Papelbon pic:

black lace shirt

Still laughing at those photos, and I think we need more details . Why did Papelbon choose black lace? Who accessorized the belt? Why didn't Mike Lowell share the same sartorial splendor instead of the hempen sack he wore instead? What does the rest of Pedroia's chest say? Enquiring minds....
But Papelbon's got a good game face on for a Paso Doble. Very fierce and bull fighteresque. I'm sure Bruno would approve. (Too bad he's doing a merengue instead.)

Is there a radio link to the game for us out-of-towners?

It's time to wrap up the Mayor's Cup.

FYI, tomorrow's "B" game VS the Twins doesn't count in the standings or toward the Lee County Championship.

This link worked for yesterday's game. Worth a shot again.

Fletch: [sees a picture on the wall] Hey, you and Tommy LaSorda!
Chief Karlin: Yeah.
Fletch: I hate Tommy LaSorda!

Buchholz in.

#28 Guest_Corsi Combover_*

John Knott hits a homer on a high fastball from Buchholz.

Buchholz arguably had him struck out on the previous pitch.

Clay sitting right around 91 according to the NESN gun.

Buchholz struggling a bit. HR, Double, Single, RBI Single to start the inning.

Seeing eye singles/just out of reach for Buchholz after the home run. He's had some good pitches but they've been able to put the bat on them enough to make something of them.

#32 Guest_Corsi Combover_*

Posted 02 March 2008 - 01:47 PM

Clay is getting realllllly unlucky here.

Already a ball off of Coco's glove, now one off of Manny's glove.

And a ball earlier just out of the reach of Pedroia.

After the bad luck, two easy outs (fly to Lugo, groundout to Youkilis), a walk, and a looking K for Buchholz.

What would it take for Stolmy Pimentel in the 8th, Cesar Cabral in the 9th?

Tito is ordering Johnson to beat the shit out of Hansen in Pawtucket.
