The game winning RBI would go to Ortiz. That particular stat isn't used much anymore, but when it was, it was defined as the RBI that put the winning team ahead to stay. Papi made it 1 - 0, Boston never lost the lead, he gets it.

Wow. Thanks for telling me. I would have missed the first hour of the game.

OK, so it's a 1 am start instead of a 2 am one. That makes it a tough call whether to make it a very late night or a very early morning. With the Pats playing from 9 pm to midnight and my best buddy coming over to watch with me, it'll probably be the former, meaning heavy drinking from kick-off on. Work on Monday looks doubtful.

I just had to reply to this- I though that was the FUNNIEST thing to happen all night. As soon as they played it I turned to my wife and said that the FOX morons must never have really listened to the words of that song, and have no idea what it's about.
