If you have a DVR you can pause the TV until that and the radio synch up. That's what I do with broadcasts I loathe, such as Fox.

Man, they've put a delay on the radio broadcast, to try to sync it up with the tv broadcast; I hate it when they do this. If I were at the game, I'd still be listening on the radio, and it would suck to have the broadcast be a pitch behind.
They've even done it wrong, so that the radio broadcast is behind the tv broadcast tonight.
