I know how I feel.... :c070:

Numbers aside, I would still much rather see Drew playing tonight.

Kielty's looked awful this year.

Quite the pitching matchup we have tonight. Back at home looking to start things on top. You know Fenway is going to be electric, and the ace gets the ball in game one.

WIN.

Jose the agronomist? I hope the corn borer strikes the Indians...GO SOX!

Actually, I am sure Jose has seen the error of his ways, as putting the BT gene here there and everyone was one of the evil deeds of Monsanto, ruining the use of a perfectly safe organic pesticide. link
(I assume Jose was just a writer, not a policy maker.)

On the other hand, the idea of the Indians being injected with it to make them resistant to insects is quite charming, even tho BT affects only caterpillars, not biting bugs.

Tonight the issue will be less bugs than bite, of the cool wind, that is.
Folks going to the game better take warm scarves. Have fun!
(only a little more than two hours to go. . . .)

Yes Hideki Matsui is famously a porn addict, so that’s kind of funny, but he doesn’t even play for the Indians, and what the hell does anything there have to do with Sabathia.
--------------------

Jose: You could have grooved this right into the Paul Byrd porn-guilt thing. Next time?

Game 4 will be here soon.

Let's also not forget that the Cleveland Indians were the last employer of this fucking shitheel prior to his joining the Sox staff:

Our Dominican custodian, whom I've never talked to, starts coming in and talks about baseball. The first thing out of his mouth: "Everyone in the Dominican Republic loves David Ortiz and Manny Ramirez and hates Alex Rodriguez. Everyone loves the Red Sox and hates the Yankees" How could he pick this day out of all days?? It's easy.

Dominican Custodian I am unoriginal and unfunny. Please put me out of my misery

A few showers early, then clear overnight. Low 42F. Winds W at 20 to 30 mph. Chance of rain 30%. Higher wind gusts possible.

I expect a well-pitched, close and exciting affair tonight. Go Sox, win, etc.

Jesus, this last hour has been the longest of my life.

Just wait till we sweep and have to wait 8 days till the World Series.

If that happened Joe Cronin would suggest staging some games against some AL players and perhaps having a pitcher fuck up the elbow of our best lefthanded hitter.

Jose, no love for that song by my favorite tunesmith - Traditional...
CC Rider. Ray Charles, Fats Domino, Elvis...

Well now see., C. C. Rider,
well now see, see what you have done.
Well now see., C. C. Rider,
well now see, see what you have done.
Well you made me love you woman,
Now your man has come.

So I'm going away now baby
And I won't be back till fall,
I'm going away now baby
And I won't be back till fall,
Just might find me a good girl
Might not be coming back at all.

Well now see, C. C. Rider,
See now the moon is shining bright,
Well now see, C. C. Rider,
See now the moon is shining bright,
Just might find me that good girl
And everything would be alright.

Edit: I love when I hit "Reply" by accident! Hell, I'm just leaving it.

From your lips to God's ears.

I'll be posting from the parking lot behind the Monster tonight (and tomorrow). Have a satellite dish set up so we can watch on TV. Radio broadcast on the car stereo so we don't have to listen to Fox.

This is so great I can hardly stand it.

If you're in the neighborhood, drop by and say hi. Look for the sign that says "Hit it Here, Manny!"

There were three that went over Landsdowne in BP. I bet if Manny or Lowell connect on a Sabathia "over-pumped" fastball, they could get it here tonight.

At least there's no Jeter left in the playoffs for McCarver to suck off.

I like the pureness of this matchup...no ultra hype surrounding it like a MFY/Red Sox ALCS. While those are extremely exciting, the media always seems to taint those series.
