Wake could pitch in his sleep with that knuckler. It's Wake, I think. Poor Wake ... can you imagine the lineup they'll have out there for this one.
Pitching with a hangover... didn't a former Red Sox pitcher (not with the Red Sox though) do that once?
WIN!!!

My lineup guess is:
Ellsbury LF
Youkilis 3B
Manny DH
Drew RF
Coco CF
Hinske 1B
Clayton SS
Cora 2B
Mirabelli C
Not exactly Murderer's Row... but it might be Aggravated Assulter's Row

We're gonna win tonight. Why? Because it'll drive Yankees fans even more nuts.

This strikes me as a very sensible line-up. Lugo, Papi and Pedroia need rest. Youks and Manny need live pitching. Wake needs Belli. Coco needs to get his sea legs under him again.
It seems like a reasonable balance between getting the rest players need and trying to win HFA.

Schill scratched for Tavarez tomorrow, per Extra Bases. Not really a surprise.
Why not Hansack? I want this to be a tradition, dammit!

They're preparing to trade Hansack for Santana, straight up, as soon as the World Series ends. They don't want to risk an injury that might foul up the deal. Of course, I think it's a mistake to let go of young cost controlled pitching, no matter who you're getting back. You simply do not trade any of your top 25 pitching prospects, ever.
