Who is your favorite basketball player and why? Kareem Abdul-Jabbar because he completely dominated the NBA during the time he played, and to this day he continues to be a basketball legend... plus he played for my alma mater, UCLA!

This one is pretty hot but can you explain this answer?

Is her food typically animate?

I think by "inanimate object" she means "penis". I find that comment quite inflamatory.

Her other answers are great -- I'd expect nothing less from a girl from 'Hamp.

Birthplace: Northampton, MA

Lifetime goal: To be happy, of course; but I'd also like to have a pet squirrel, though I'm not really sure why.

Words to live to by: "Get off your a** and do something."

What is your favorite season and why? Summer, of course, because I'm a girl and I love the beach.

If you could spend the day with anyone in the world, past or present, who would it be? Myself when I was 10, and I'd warn myself of all the foolishness that was ahead of me.

Anything interesting you would like Celtics fans to know about you? Not that I can think of.

Chantal's got the right idea:

Hobbies: Collecting boys

This whole thing is an abomination.

Edited to add: And here I thought Hooters waitresses were the only women who wore short-shorts with pantyhose underneath. Awful.

These girls are definately a bit on the "average side" - that is to say, they're chubby for people in a generally athletic profession - and maybe that's what ownership was aiming for with their dancers. Who knows. But Chantal is cute. She's not what I'd expect from a professional cheerleader, but I'd be stoked if I was taking her home from the bar.

Alexis, is just so-so but her 'lifetime goal' is pretty funny

Birthplace: Boston, MA

Favorite color: Green, but orange is a close second - as a result of graduating from Syracuse, I own more orange items of clothing than one person ever should.

Favorite food: Greek Food and Sushi, preferably not together.

Favorite music: Show tunes and Pearl Jam

Hobbies: Dancing, Fishing (I caught a 19 lbs. striper last summer!), Boston Sports, Syracuse University Sports - GO ORANGEMEN!

Career goal: Work for the United Nations or in an embassy abroad.

Lifetime goal: To defeat Yao Ming in a thumb wrestling match

Words to live to by: "Goonies never say die"

Favorite book: Freakonomics

Favorite movie: A League of Their Own

Favorite actor/or actress: Actor: Christopher Walken, Actress: Uma Thurman

If you could be a celebrity for a day, who would it be? Why? Christina Aguilera, so people stop cringing when I sing.

Other Languages? Greek, Mandarin Chinese, Spanish and I'm learning Arabic

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be? The Greek Isles

What is your favorite season and why? Winter, because the weather can only get better.

If you could spend the day with anyone in the world, past or present, who would it be? Jeffrey Sachs, because he is brilliant, or Queen Rania of Jordan, who has done so much to advocate for the rights of women and children's issues in a region where such rights aren't usually given.

Who is your favorite basketball player and why? Carmelo Anthony because he led Syracuse to the NCAA National Championship in 2003.

Anything interesting you would like Celtics fans to know about you? I'm one of the Syracuse Dance Team members featured in EA Sports NCAA 2004 Basketball video game.

Not that 'mediocre looks but some brains' is a great tradeoff in a dancer, mind you.

Yes, she is mediocre, and maybe slightly less than mediocre for a cheerleader/dancer for a Professional Sports team.

But come on, for the General Public, that girl is at least a solid 8, and probably at least a 9.

I've got to admit, with shame, that it never occurred to me that that is what she was saying (although it seems obvious now). I can't imagine it occurred to the Celtics either -- would they have put that on the website if they thought that's what she meant?

Ive been to both home games this year, and saw their debut in the second game of the year. Im really against this kind of "crowd pleasing" show that teams put on, I think it really takes away from that "celtic toughness" mentality that all our great teams once had. That being said, from about 30 feet away they all look pretty good to me.

He means "blue colar," kinda like the Steelers of the NBA. However, I bet if you pressed him for a list of players that showed "Celtic Toughness," he will comprise a list like this:
Larry Bird
Kevin McHale
Bill Russell
Danny Ainge
Dave Cowens
John Havlicek
Jim Loscutoff

Not these primadonna's like Paul Pierce that are fucking the dancers on the side.
