Pretty self-explainatory (with a made up word!)

I may be partial, but I cannot see the Hotspur finishing ahead of the Gunners. I like your boldness in picking 'Pool as the champs, and I think I will echo those sentiments, because they have an actual team, rather than REAL Chelski... so here we go:

1. Liverpool
2. Arsenal
3. Chelsea
4. Man United
5. Tottenham
6. Blackburn Rovers
7. Newcastle U
8. Everton
9. West Ham
10. Bolton
11. Man City
12. Fulham
13. Portsmouth
14. Charlton
15. Aston Villa
16. Wigan
17. Middlesborough
18. Reading
19. Watford
20. Sheffield

Cesc, V. Persie, and Rosicky will show everybody a thing or two this year and next year should absolutely be the year of the gunner.

Ok mine is incredibly biased but I am never going to go against United. The mid table positions are tough to pick. A lot of teams from 5 to 15 that are very interchangable. Really hope Kevin Doyle shoots Reading to safety. Ireland needs him as well.

Manchester United
Chelski
Liverpool
Tottenham
Arsenal
Blackburn
Everton
Bolton Wanderers
West Ham United
Newcastle United
Aston Villa
Middlesbrough
Charlton
Portsmouth
Wigan
Machester City
Reading
Fulham
Watford
Sheffield United

As much as I really want to see Chelski get beaten, I don't see that happening again. The champion must dominate teams 6-20 and survive against the rest. Tottenham will lose a few games to lesser teams and lose to a bunch at the top - 5th, while Arsenal will play well against the top but lose some to lesser teams - 4th. They are still a year away from making a serious run, especially if Cole leaves. They are still built for making a run in Europe as long as they don't have one of those monthly games where they don't show up in the Champions League. I see a three team fight for the title, with Manchester being the first to fall out. Liverpool have shown that they can beat Chelsea when it matters in all different tournaments, but I see them losing one or two games during the season that they shouldn't which will cost them. Chelski will dominate weaker teams, and unless Liverpool can get 6 points against them, they'll repeat again. Hurts to say that, but at least I see them failing in Europe again.

Liverpool
Manchester United
Arsenal
Tottenham

Bolton
Blackburn
Newcastle
West Ham
Everton
Manchester City
Sheffield
Wigan
Charlton
Middlesborough
Aston Villa
Reading

Fullham

Voros McCracken (formerly?) of BP is also a soccer nut. He keeps a blog about ratings, addressing mostly the international and English club scene. Here are his ratings for all Prem, Cola, and League sides at the end of last year. Cool format to see them all in one placee.
