Win por favor.

Dear Red Sox,
I drove nine hours to get to Arlington yesterday. You got your asses handed to you. Please don't do it again today.
Thanks.

I love Texas-the-state, but I pity Texas-the-Rangers.

Stand up and fight for the Team and another Ring!

What a surprise. rolleyes.gif

That second picture Nuf Ced posted is very correct. It is "Too Hot!!" here. This is weather for reptiles, not mammals. It also looks like there's a drawing of Foulkey Reese's wiener dog on that dry erase board, which can only be a good omen.

Today is going to resemble Whacking Day, as an epic whupping is going to be laid down on the reptile scum.
Rooster Crows
The best way to get ready for the Rays is to take this freaking series. The reinforcements are back - time to pick up steam and keep rolling. An early offensive Ranger ass-kicking, and 7 effective innings for Byrd to make it an easy clean dirty water win.

GO SOX - WIN TODAY!

Brady hurt.... I would love a big can of Wup Ass by the Sox today. Where are the lineups...

QUOTE
With space on their expanded roster and a potential need for an arm in their bullpen, the Red Sox added reliever Devern Hansack this morning from Pawtucket. Hansack had cups of coffee with the Sox in 2006 and 2007 but has not been with the big club this season.

"Just to give our bullpen some depth if something happened," Francona said. "If somebody gets a ball in the shin, it doesn't get our bullpen out of whack."

Wooo Ellsbury is back leading off! I really missed that last night.
sachmoney
We need Pedroia to go on another hit streak. 0 for 3 is not acceptable.
MoVaughnsTruck
Cointdown to 456?

Kremlin Watcher
Rays down 1-0 in the 7th. Win today and we can take control by Wednesday.

Nice inning by the Byrd man.
sachmoney
They Rays won't be dead until their dead. The Jays need to finish this game strong. This 1-0 lead thing is not very comfortable.
Fratboy
HEIDI'S AT HOME PLATE, TED! HEIDI'S AT HOME PLATE!

The hope, of course, is that BJ Ryan threw too many pitches (using the term very liberally) last night and is unavailable to, ahem, close today.

And the perfesser comes through with a TRIPLE. Whoo hoo!
Kremlin Watcher
The bottom of the lineup has been coming through with some serious game lately.
sachmoney
Mother fucking genius!

I absolutely love it!
Andrew
14-10 Patriots so far. Wouldn't surprise me if that ends up being the Sox/Rangers score as well.
sachmoney
You know how they said the MVP was Pedroia's to lose...yeah...he's losing it.
MidnightC
Baldelli flys out with the bases loaded. Still 1-0 Jays mid 8th.
Andrew
Holy shit I didn't realize the Sox were playing...
Kremlin Watcher
Rays leave 'em loaded in the 8th - still 1-0 Jays.

And with that triple, Cora is now hitting .299. Wow. For all the vitriol in here pointed at Cora, he's getting it done.

Are you f*&@ kidding me - Pedroia with the web gem.
soxfaninyankeeland
That was a pretty great double play. It will be in top 10 on Sportscenter.
soxfaninyankeeland
17-10 Pats 2:30 left.
Foulkey Reese
Just got home, I see everything is under control here.

Credit where credit's due to Cora, too. That was well done on both ends.
Barbara
When this team is in sync they are a joy to watch. Now if we can just figure out to get to happen all the time.
MidnightC
Ninth inning in Toronto. Jesse Carlson in to close...
Kremlin Watcher
Rays batting in the ninth, down 1-0. Jesse Carlson (?) trying to close it out for the Jays. BJ Ryan nowhere in sight.

Ted got a hit, then scored from first on a triple by the Genius, followed by a Coco RBI single. And the Rays lost.
MidnightC
The good kind of squander!

Nice.....way to hold on Byrd. I take back my Byrd poop comment.

If you're going to make stuff up, at least make it believable.
