It's almost becoming pathetically predictable...as long as the pitcher doesn't walk too many batters and throws strikes, the Sox will get mowed down for at least 7 innings.

I'm "watching" on Gameday, but this doesn't seem to be a case were the Sox are being impatient up there (please correct me if I'm wrong). Blackburn, according to Gameday, is pounding the outer half of the strikezone and all his pitches have a ton of movement on them.
This guy has been pretty good this season - like a right-handed David Wells, no walks, lots of hits, etc.
