I have been waiting & waiting for a mention (or sight) of Frank White, heck of a player.

Frank White has had a celebrated falling out with Royals ownership / management. Don't know if it has been repaired

Depends. How do you feel about Tim Hudson?

Even 5 is going to be a stretch.  Hudson managed to go 5.2 in Game 3, but that was in SF.  When he's got to face Billy Butler instead of the pitcher's spot, things could get tough.   That said, the same goes for Guthrie, who went 5 IP without striking anyone out in Game 3.  Tomorrow night could be a pretty wild game.  It would be funny if this season of low scoring across baseball ended with a 9-8 Game 7.

Also, it's interesting that Bochy thinks enough of Lincecum that he didn't use him tonight.
I think it's going to be a BP game for both teams honestly

1) I like the McConaughey Lincoln commercials.  There, I said it.

2) If I'm Yost, I consider asking each of H-G-H to go 2 innings tomorrow.  Make it a 3 inning game.

Herrera is definitely going more than an inning.  I wonder if Davis and Holland have that in them.  And I suppose they could throw BGJS for an inning, although that might not be a good thing.

The only other Game 6 starter ever to get as few outs as Jake Peavy & give up as many runs & hits: Buck O'Brien of the 1912 Red Sox

O'Brien had an excuse - he was hung over and no one told him that he was starting until he had already gone out and gotten drunk the night before.  Plus, Wood should have started.  I assume Peavy doesn't have those excuses.

I love that we get a game seven, but I'd sure like a tight game that holds my attention. (As long as KC comes out on top.)

INCORRECT- Smokey Joe wood got shelled for 6 runs while recording only 3 outs in the next game, Game 7. Fortunately, there was a game 8

Please, this is a silly question - sell the ticket at face and make plans to go bowling with Tom Ricardo.   Its only game seven of the World Series.  There have been 11 of them in the past 40 years.

So Wood wasn't a Game 6 starter then...

I'm not even going to read this thread. What a freaking disaster. Awful in just about every single way. I hope tomorrow's at least competitive.
