I don't think the league will approve Ballmer.
They better hope Larry Ellison ups his stake in the Geffen bid, tough sell in court if they don't approve the highest bid.

By "league" you mean the Board of Governors which consists of all the individual owners, correct? At this point I don't see this as an issue at all.

Yeah I meant the BoG, who in the past have clearly been against moving an existing team to SEA (otherwise SAC would probably be on the way there right now.)
