No they aren't. They've battled for basically 145 straight minutes against the best organization in the league right now and just barely lost out both nights. There is no shame if they play like this and ultimately lose, even if they lose three in a row.

Is there any doubt that the Western Conference was just way better than the East this year? The Rangers could win the Cup, but I think a large part of that possibility is due to the WC being the significantly tougher road. I still think a team like Colorado, St. Louis, or San Jose could have done some real damage on the other side of the bracket. Regardless, game 7 should be awesome.
