As tactically dense as Liverpool were, QPR were also a mess in the last 15. Henry and Dunne were already on yellows and Sterling was racing right up the middle.
QPR needed a midfield destroyer, but Traore, who'd come on for Sandro and could have slowed down Sterling, was hanging out on the left, while Fer decided to play third striker. The side that had funneled Liverpool to the edges and overwhelmed them left the center wide open.
