Flutie played a hell of a game. Pats featured a CB named Steve Israel. Bledsoe gets a PI on a hail mary to Glenn Clos... I mean Terry Glenn. Pete was roaming the sidelines. Wade Philips was coaching Buffalo, and Vinatiery walked in for a 2-pt conversion as Bills couldn't care to defend the last play/PAT.

Good times!
Play actually happens at 725 or so... But man... Look at those shoulder pads they wore then.

Chargers fans should be embarrassed that they can't get a home crowd in San Diego. I thought for a second the game was being played in Pittsburgh.

And WTF is it with the Chargers lineman who was walking and not even trying to pursue the guy who intercepted it?

What was Blake doing? Gloating mid-play? Nearly got stripped.
A Steelers coach looked like he was lecturing him about that but he will probably do that again until it costs him. Really arrogant to do that shit just to look cool.

Can a football minded person explain to me why that was a bad route by Floyd and not a horrible throw by rivers?
Going straight across cuts off the defender from the ball.

Don't the Steelers have to try Landry Jones at some point?
Absolutely.  It's amazing that they haven't tried him out yet.  I'd think that they could pick up a few guys off the QB scrap heap (Matt Flynn maybe?) who could outplay Vick as well.

I was just about to post that none of Rivers' pre-snap audibles were working (after a couple audibles into runs for no gain), and then all of a sudden they all worked.  Well done by Rivers on that drive.

Almost like he got a decoder ring or some how was able to decode the Steelers Blitzes.

Possibly the worst timeout ever called.  (Maybe that's a little extreme, but it looked like the Chargers were about to totally screw up that play)

To everyone out there asking "with all these shitty kickers, isn't there a soccer player out there who can do better?", well, there he is.

He was so opened. Oh and a pick play!

Yup, defender ran straight into the crosser.

How does Bell not tear his ACL on every play? He has crazy cutting ability.
