The committee's decision should be this: do you think OSU can beat FSU on a neutral field? If so, move them ahead and forget the records.

The ACC and B1G are weaker than the other power-five conferences -- you basically have to run the table to finish in the top four coming from one of those conferences. Tech has been a down program for a few years now. That isn't a top program anymore. Ohio State needs to schedule someone from the SEC and prove they can beat them.
