Holy Restic. Somewhat of a 1974 redux, last minute drive etc. Wish I could have been at that cold Stadium today!

Can't wait until my 2.5 yr-old son is old enough to bring.

UNH with second turnover already. I was afraid of this. Have a chance at hosting all the way through the semis but you have to get through your rival.

Oklahoma freshman RB, Samaje Perine, has 26 carries, for 340 yards and 4td's, with 9 minutes left in the 3rd quarter.  It could very well happen that the FBS rushing record for a single game falls for the 2nd week in a row, and if it does, Melvin Gordon is probably going to wish they would have let him run the ball a few times in the fourth quarter.

And he just busted through for his 5th td.  Up to around 375 yards and 5tds.  6 minutes left in the third.  Oklahoma is up 41-7 against Kansas.  Will they let him go for the record?

The Virginia Tech/Wake Forest looks like a historically bad game: 0-0 in regulation; Wake wins 6-3 in OT.

That's got to be the first time in a while that neither team in an FBS game scored a TD.

My weekly check in on the Freshman RB from Western Michigan, Jarvion Franklin.  Quiet day thus far, 18 carries, 77 yards, 1td.  I think he must have left last week with an injury and they are easing him back into it this week.  1400+ yards and 23td's on the ground for the season, plus another one as a receiver.

The Catamounts of Western Carolina jump out to a 7-0 lead on the one loss, #1 ranked Crimson Tide.  It has absolutely no chance of happening, but my God, wouldn't it be awesome.

How 'bout those Engineers?  Undefeated MIT was featured on last night's NBC News.

Yes, and those same Engineers just defeated Husson in the first round of the NCAA tournament. MIT tied the game with a late FG, then won 27-20 in OT. Roll Engineers! :excitedclap:

Inasmuch as I was the halftime announcer at the first MIT club football game in '78, I am pleased to see my efforts finally bearing some fruit.

UNH scores a TD to go up 6-3 and then attempts a two-point conversion with over 12 minutes left in the second quarter. It failed.

After a slow start... Echo from the Buttes give'em hell Devils.

Of course it's pac-12 network I'll only share memories with those of us in attendance.

Yup, Perine already broke Gordon's FBS record.  The all division record is in play again.  It's 465 yards by Cartel Brooks of Division III Heidelberg last year.

That stadium and University redefines old school. The smartest minds in the country arguably, technologically included, and they don't even scan tickets but rip the stub. No seats, stone seating (this part was known of course), poor concessions, poor litter control, aisles cramped. Complete s**tshow (alas, i was only there for a half, but still). Right team won at least.

When did the Ivies start participating in that?
It's really stupid that they don't, IMHO, I'm sorry. Get with the program (well, not the James Caan/Omar Epps one, although I'll take HB, TYVM), it's 2014.

90-yd interception return for the TD. Harvard up big.
I thought some guy in bronze armor was going to spear me in the midsection after that happened, it was like a scene out of one of the Spartacus Starz series episodes.

UNH with its 4th turnover in the first half. Could easily be up 35-3. Instead, have to settle for 14-3.

85-yard KO return for UNH to start the second half and they end up missing a 23-yd FG. Maine hanging around down 11.
