Holy shit.

They almost blew a huge, huge lead. Thank god for some acrobatic INTs.

GAME BALLLLZZZ!!
  • Butler for the acrobatic INT
  • Ryan for the acrobatic INT
This was the closest blowout I've ever watched.

I give it to Rex Ryan.

"WE'RE GONNA HAVE THE BEST DEFENSE IN THE LEAGUE!"

*allows 500+ yards and 40 points....at home*

"WE'RE GONNA PUT A GUY ON GRONK!"

*Gronk goes for 7 catches and 100+ yards and a TD*

"WE'RE NOT SCARED OF ANYONE!"

*team commits multiple taunting penalties and other stupid personal fouls to show how not scared they are*

God he's the biggest fucking fraud around. The Bills are getting exactly what the deserve from him. Suckers.

"We Want Brady" they said.

There ya go:

@MichaelDavSmith Tom Brady's 466 pass yards were the most ever allowed by the Bills in franchise history. Buffalo may want to quiet down the trash talk.

Clown shoes. Yes, the CBs, Brady -- but no gloating allowed. We mercilessly mock other teams for similar fourth quarters

Brady and the O line. Amazed how well that line has come together so fast.

Butler was pretty awesome on D. I had his receivers catching maybe 2-3 balls for little yardage.

@Deej1121 Condolences to the @buffalobills for losing yet another Super Bowl.

OH BUT THEY PLAYED THEM TOUGH.

No they didn't. This game was over early. Pats got sloppy late and called some dumb plays, but the Bills got run out of their own barn.

Strange 4th q, some shitty play plus a few fourth and shorts they usually convert. Most days they hit 50-55 points when they move the ball like that.

Rex on the loss: I'm taking it personal...What did they pass for, 500 yards?

TB, both lines for me. Amen for the catch, Jules too, plus Gronk.

Actually, they may need to go to the reserve balls to get one to everyone who deserves one.

Chandler sucked but he will be better once he gets outside of Buffalo, I think. Fletcher will be better - at least from my POV - when he gets into another uni

Interesting gameplan to throw 59 times and basically not put Blount on the field. Would have been nice to get a few firsts on the ground late. Maybe they felt they couldn't get it done but the blocking seemed to be handling the pass rush OK and Lewis moved it on the ground. DVOA has Buffalo 1st against the pass last year and just 12th against the run. Or maybe it was all a FU from Brady / BB to Ryan, which I'm OK with too.

My game ball goes to Collins. Was everywhere in the first half.

First game ball to SJH.

It feels a little boring to give game balls to Gronkelbrady because everything they is so smooth and looks so easy.

Air McDaniels with a great game plan. OL holds up again. Lewis again phenomenal on every non-fumbling play.

1-Tom Brady Tom Brady -- has anyone mentioned he's throwing the deep ball with great touch this year?
2-the O-line -- I sort of believe in anything BB puts out there, but definitely had doubts before the Steelers game, fewer doubts after but...still...and now, no doubts.
3-so many options for game ball #3...I guess Amendola for the great catch.

Boy, that's the most lopsided game decided in the last minute ever!

Nothing flashy from Dobson but he was really solid today. On the same page with Brady, got wide open, caught the ball.

It was a strange quarter. The offense must have put up 150 yards, Buffalo recovered all 4-5 of the fumbles, Butler tripped before jumping on the first TD, Brady missed an open Edelman, Brady holds the ball too long and gets stripped...It was a perfect storm of fluke with a tired D and Fletcher getting burned again. It wasn't nearly as concerning as the bottom line box score indicates.

Fuck that they beat a good team on the road and dropped 40. They have a great game management track record. Enjoy this one

Perfect win for BB.

Gets a critical win vs. divisional oppo on the road.
Gets to shut up Rexy.
Gets to bitch and moan a ton with an inferior opponent coming up.

OLine. Besides Solder and Vollmer (who missed 1-2 quarters) its Andrews, Mason, Kline primarily holding down the inside. This was against arguably one of the best DLine in the NFL.

Googes!!!

Brady was in court rooms in the off season so he's more fresh than the QBs that were forced to practice all the time.

That inferior opponent is up 17-6 against the Dolphins...

Jim Kelly is cancer free, good for him. Too bad he's not STUPID free.
Sure Pats have a history of converting 4 and 1's all over the field and with Brady sneaks but weren't the first 2 tries today totally unnecessary? Leading the game and Bills being as inept as can be, committing penalties left and right, it seemed to me they just gifted them 12 points on those first 2 failed 4 and 1 conversions. Punt them, pin 'em back near their goal line and let the earn it. Good win though and good start to the season.

I'll gloat like a motherfucker.  That's allowed when you score 40 on the road against a divisional opponent that's been talking shit for weeks.

EDIT: Beaten to it by stitch01.

Yeah, NFLN had his complete ~5 minute presser and he was all "it's on me." Fine, but what are you going to do about it? Belichick was happy for the road division win, team played well, but said there are a lot of things to improve on, nothing new here.

Biggest surprises:
  • The young OL held up against a $250m front
  • BB put Lewis right back out on the next series after the fumble

Aaron Dobson. Great time to show up in his career.

The offensive line. What a job they did today.

The defensive line with 8 sacks.

Tom Brady.

Rex Ryan. Thanks for running a circus. Personal fouls are great for business

So basically everyone.
