Sixers got killed once Embiid left the game.
Yeah I don’t have the numbers to support it but it “feels” like the Sixers struggle when he’s subbed for as the entire culture of the lineup completely changes as opposed to games when he’s in a suit.

Yeah, I could buy that. Simmons definitely looks different today, even when Embiid is out.

On another note, Caris LaVert is a stud. These FAs with their eyes on the Knicks should really be looking at the Nets instead. Well-run franchise, lots of supporting talent, sexy vibe in Brooklyn.

I see it as getting the head on the follow through because he was making a lazy play on the ball
Yeah, agree. I think he made the right play in the wrong way, and correctly got a flagrant for being reckless, which I like on the part of the league. You can't let guys wind up like that and then let them off the hook if they happen to get lucky and catch the ball.

Dudley is proving exactly why this Sixers team is a bunch of frauds. So easy to knock them off their game.

Butler is a far better player but Dudley has been weirdly effective for Brooklyn.

Well, they were 8-10 when he didn't dress this season, including a 34 point loss to Portland, a 23 point loss to Miami, and losses to Atlanta twice, Chicago, and Dallas.

I want Brooklyn to win, but ejecting Butler there is a joke.
Maybe. On the other hand, he pushed a confrontation into the stands, quite literally into two families who had small children sitting in those seats. Thankfully the families moved out of the way, but that could have been very bad given how huge these players are. Sitting 1/2 game seems appropriate in that context to me.

Embiid now with 2 flagrant foul points. He gets to 4, he sits a game.

So with Wade retired, is Embiid now the most dislikable player in the association? Methinks this is so.

Feels like the superior talent is starting to win out for Philly down the stretch

+16 :)

But yeah, dude’s killing them
Hmm. I thought we agreed that single game plus minus wasn't a great metric. How about these stats: 3-13 from the field and 0-6 from deep today (3-16 for the series). I like the guy but he is struggling this series bigtime.
