Yeah, watching out for 2x per week players is a great way to at least set your captaincy, although I gave it to Hazard instead of Benteke and i really regret that decision.
You really pay the piper when these guys have their inevitable week off, as you can only transfer 1 player per week (unless you play your wildcard) which can really test your depth. It is sort of important to realize that this is a season long thing, so getting the points now versus getting them later only really matters if the player is in form or you really want to see yourself higher in the standings temporarily. Nonetheless, this is where the strategy of when to use your wild card comes in, as you can try to work the system to get more games than other squads.
I should point out that I'm perenially mid table at this, this is more a lesson I've come to painfully learn than a strategy that has led to success. It's really crazy how many injuries pop up during a season and how difficult the 1x transfer per week (or suffer a points deduction) is to your decision making process.
