Also, to add on, with the soft balls, I mean really move the fences in and make some high walls in every park so that it is maybe 250 down the lines and 350 to center. This would make the outfield much, much smaller and open up the possibility that every ball in the air was either an out or a homer and doubles could easily turn into put outs at second, indeed you could get put outs at first.
